All orders will ship within 24 hours of purchase. If online orders are placed by 3:00 PM EST, they will be shipped within that same business day. All orders placed AFTER 3:00 PM EST will be guaranteed to ship out the following business day.

We do NOT offer any returns once you receive the goods. In certain circumstances, we may be able to offer a solution as long as all items are returned within 3 business days of receiving the item(s). In this circumstance, all items must in original state (original tags, no scent, no wear and tear) to be eligible for consideration. In such cases, we will offer in-store credit.

Shipping is taken care of by the customer. However, if you spend over $199, we offer free ground shipping.

Once an order is placed and processed, orders can’t be changed. The sale is considered final at that point and must go through the process.
